Chewing gum habit may make our breath fresher. It also could divert us from smoking behavior. But some plastic surgeons actually demand us to stay away from the chewing gum. Many of my patients of plastic surgery who are enthusiasts of chewing gum, has a pattern of wrinkles around their mouths. That is why, chewing gum could cause wrinkles in the face. But for some plastic surgeons, chewing gum can damage the muscle tissue around the mouth. When we are chewing gum, there is a movement we do repeatedly. Fast Walking for Your Good Health
